Jeff Finke of Turnkey Rents, Inc. has been active in real estate since 1988 and began managing residential rental homes in Columbus, Indiana in 1994. Turnkey Rents, Inc. prides itself on providing exceptional rental homes for their clients.

Most of the rental homes have been recently updated and feature neutral interior finishes. Updates may include floor coverings, light and plumbing fixtures, appliances plus much more! All homes are pet and smoke free.
